10 Thurlow Terrace Finally Sold

It's happened, kids: the beautiful turreted castle at 10 Thurlow Terrace, which has been on sale for over a decade, has finally sold for $730,000. The new owners are a couple from Miami Beach, Elaine Wright Roark and Michael Roark, who want to use it to "support local arts and charitable causes," whatever that means. Hopefully something cool!
